Grebe's Santa Sale (Pulled Pork Recipe)

Thank you to Grebe's for hosting the Santa sale, and a big thank you to everyone who came and checked out Charles Street Flavors!

It was great sharing new flavors with fans of Charles Street Flavors and introducing new fans to classics like Charles Street Flavors Pulled Pork.

See you all again soon.

Pulled Pork - BBQ

Start with 6 - 8# Pork Shoulder Roast, Sometimes called Boston Butt

Preparing the Meat

• Trim off excessive fat
• Rub generously with Charles Street Original Rub/Seasoning
• Cook right away or let stand up to overnight in refrigerator

Cooking

• Cook in grill/smoker at 250-300° for 2-3 hours to obtain color and flavor
(Internal temperature should reach about 165°)
• Remove from grill/smoker and wrap in aluminum foil
• Return wrapped meat back in grill/smoker and continue cooking for 2 - 3 hours until internal temperature reaches 200°
• Remove from grill and let rest for at least an hour
(You can also wrap it and put it in a cooler to keep it warm until you are ready to serve)

Preparing to Serve

• Remove foil and shred meat into bite-sized pieces
• Once shredded, taste for seasoning. You can add more Charles Street Original, Charles Street BBQ Sauce, or other flavors – make it your own!
