Kavajecz Family Beer Can Chicken



One half-full can of PBR (feel free to drink the other half )

One whole chicken; cleaned and padded dry.


Place liberal amounts of Charles Street dry rub on the outside and inside cavity of the chicken.  Place chicken over the beer can vertically and cook on medium, indirect, heat for 50 minutes to an internal temperature (thigh) of 165 degrees or until crispy and golden brown.
