A family favorite.... One half-full can of PBR - feel free to drink the other half - one whole chicken cleaned and padded dry. Place liberal amounts of Charles Street dry rub on the outside and inside cavity of the chicken. Place chicken over the beer can vertically and cook on medium, indirect, heat for 50 minutes to an internal temperature (thigh) of 165 degrees or until crispy and golden brown.
Start your day with some perfectly cooked eggs seasoned with Charles Street Original seasoning, and of course... bacon.

Generously season chicken breast a minimum of 15 minutes before cooking. Grill to a safe internal temperature of 165 degrees and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
