Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48–72 hours. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods  

We primarily ship using USPS Ground Advantage, as it offers the most reliable and cost‑effective service for our products.  

In some cases, we may use UPS or another carrier if it provides faster delivery or a better rate. All UPS shipments may still be delivered by USPS through their final‑mile partnership.

Charles Street Flavors reserves the right to select the most efficient and cost‑effective carrier for your order. Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, weather conditions, or service availability.

Shipping Rates  

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and current carrier rates.

Delivery Estimates  

Delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary based on destination and service level. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Locations  

We currently ship within the United States.

Lost or Delayed Packages  

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
